Welcome to AirVolt Pro. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of [STORE URL] (the “Site”) and any purchases you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

3. Products and Descriptions
We try to describe and show our products accurately, including images, colours and specifications. Colours may look slightly different on different screens. Product details may change without notice. If a product listing contains an error, we may correct it or cancel the affected order.
4. Prices
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may change at any time without notice, but the price at the time you place your order is the price you pay.
- We may cancel an order if a product was listed at a wrong price by mistake.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including because of stock shortage, pricing errors, suspected fraud or incorrect customer details. We may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.
6. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including Cash on Delivery. For COD orders, payment is due in full when the order is delivered. Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead us to restrict future COD orders from that customer.
7. Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and warranty are covered by our Refund & Return Policy. Both are part of these Terms.
8. Product Use and Safety
Please read the instructions before using any product, especially rechargeable items such as air blowers, chargers and adapters. Use only compatible chargers and cables, and do not use damaged products. Keep small items away from young children. AirVolt Pro is not responsible for damage caused by misuse or by ignoring product instructions.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, logos, product images and design, belongs to AirVolt Pro or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Product names and brand names of third parties belong to their respective owners.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, use the Site for unlawful purposes, or interfere with its operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, AirVolt Pro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
